★GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure is in place to verify identity, payment method, and booking for security and fraud prevention. Booking confirmation follows successful screening.

Our concierge services can arrange boat rentals, chefs, massages, and more. Housekeeping services are available upon request at an additional cost. Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Guest Access:
An assigned parking space in the private garage is included. Full space will be at guest disposal.

* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.

* You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.
