Welcome to Creekside Haven by Boutiq! This dreamy craftsman cottage and guest house studio on nearly a half acre overlook a picturesque, large equestrian farm with chickens and fields of corn. Recently-renovated, this vacation rental offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, soaring wood ceilings, exposed wood beams, a brick wood-burning fireplace, a game room, a loft lounge space, and a spacious outdoor area featuring a private hot tub and fire pit with outdoor games like horseshoes.
Notes:
While we love all dogs, for insurance purposes, all dogs must be approved. Please send us your dog's breed, Once approved, you'll receive a payment request for the dog fee of $150 for the first dog and $50 per additional dog (maximum 5 dogs total), plus any applicable taxes. The dog fee is non-refundable and helps ensure the home is completely free of dog-related allergens for future guests.
Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and there may be extra cleaning costs if excessive dog hair is found that our cleaners cannot remove through standard cleaning methods.
There are no pets(i.e dogs) allowed in the hot tub.

This home is a 6-minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options. It is just a 5-minute drive to Mercier Orchards, a 300-acre orchard with a variety of pick-your-own seasonal fruits. There are many nearby hiking and biking trails for outdoor enthusiasts.
This home is also just an 11-minute drive to the Lake Blue Ridge Marina. Lake Blue Ridge is a jewel in the midst of north Georgia mountains with its boating, skiing, jet skiing, kayaking and fishing. Lake Blue Ridge is a 3,290-acre lake with full-service marina, public swimming and picnic areas.

Guests will access the property with a smartlock code provided the morning of check-in.

You’ll love the attention to detail with this cozy, romantic cottage with a detached guest house studio. The main cottage includes two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with queen size bunk beds - as well as a loft area outfitted with two twin beds. The beautiful farmhouse kitchen and dining area with sarong ceilings and exposed wood beams offer picture windows to take in the views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The living room centers around a cozy wood-burning brick fireplace and a charming ladder up to the loft lounge. There’s also a basement game room with skeeball and other games.
The detached guest house studio includes a queen size bed and a pull out couch, as well as its own bathroom, kitchenette, and living room area with a TV.
The pièce de résistance of Creekside Haven is the incredible outdoor space overlooking the neighboring farm. Your group will have ample options for how to spend their time together, whether using the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, or playing horseshoes or other fun outdoor games.
Transit:
Having a car is strongly recommended, as Ubers and Lyft, while in the area, may not be the most reliable. We recommend a rental car from the nearest major city or a car rental app such as Turo.
