Soldiers Point Marina just 200m away offers state-of-the-art mooring facilities and two fine dining restaurants plus cafes. Opposite the Unit is a public park with a playground and tennis courts, which are available for hire all year round. The newly opened exclusive Rick Stein Restaurant at the Bannisters Resort is just 1.4km's away and opposite Bannisters is the Soldiers Point Bowling Club which offers more affordable meals. Little salamander shops is only 2.7km's and for more selection visit the Salamander Shopping Centre which is just 7km away and Nelson Bay is 11km from the unit.
