Introducing Villa Aiyana, an amazing 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in the prestigious Solterra Resort, where your dream vacation can come true.
This villa is designed with elegance and comfort in mind. As you walk in, two big living rooms with comfy couches welcome you to relax. The main living room has a large 65" flat-screen TV and a top-notch Bose Sound System with Bluetooth, making sure you have entertainment whenever you want.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with the best stainless steel appliances and stylish granite countertops. It has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals with your loved ones.
The first master bedroom is like a sanctuary with a big King bed and its own bathroom. You can relax in the bathtub, enjoy a refreshing shower, or pamper yourself at the double vanity. This bedroom also has direct access to the pool deck.
The second master bedroom has another spacious King bed and a nice bathroom with a tub-shower combo, toilet, and vanity. The third bedroom has a peaceful Queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a delightful Disney theme with two cute twin beds. Next to the twin room, there's a bathroom with a fun Mickey Mouse style, featuring a tub-shower, vanity, toilet, and a step stool for our younger guests.
Each bedroom has a big flat-screen TV with access to popular streaming services like Huluan d Disney+.
Step outside to the private pool area and enjoy the stunning conservation view from the extra-deep pool deck. The southwest-facing orientation makes it an ideal spot to soak up the sun. The covered lanai has plenty of seating for relaxation and outdoor dining. Note that pool heat is not included in the nightly rate but can be added for a small daily fee.
But that's not all! This villa also has an amazing games room with three arcade games, a pool table, foosball, and air hockey, ensuring endless fun for everyone.
As a guest of Villa Aiyana, you can enjoy all the fantastic amenities of Solterra Resort. Explore the huge 6,700 square-foot clubhouse, take a dip in the inviting swimming pool, or relax in the lazy river and spa. Other amenities include a restaurant, fitness center, business center, volleyball and tennis courts, as well as a children's playground and picnic area. Please note that you have to pay a fee of $ 35 excluding tax for the total stay. If you decide to use the amenities please let us know and we will reimburse the amount paid to you.
Parking is available for two cars in the driveway, and additional vehicles must be parked in designated spots within the resort. Please follow the parking rules for a smooth experience.
