The Unit - This renovated unit on the 3rd floor is modern and spacious throughout. The light and airy main living area is a combined lounge/dining area with large glass sliding door leading out onto the balcony with outdoor furniture and a nice park like view. The lounge area has a cane lounge suite and a matching round cane dining table with matching chairs for four. The lounge room is equipped with TV, video and DVD player, CD, ceiling fan and fan heater for the cooler months . The modern kitchen is fully equipped and comes complete with stainless steel appliances from the microwave oven, dishwasher and full size fridge.
