The Location - Pacific Blue Resort boasts a huge pool that wraps around the resort, with an outdoor heated spa and lap pool, two floodlit tennis courts, a gym, a sauna, a day spa, and a bar. Just 400 metres from the Salamander Shopping Centre and 1.5km to Toboggan Hill Park. The apartment is only 1km to the peaceful picturesque Roy Wood Reserve which offers BBQ and picnic facilities with shaded grassed area, a sandy beach and safe swimming on high tide, this reserve offers spectacular sunsets. The main township of Nelson Bay is just 4km away for boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, and the marina. The Townhouse - This lovely air-conditioned townhouse is set over two levels. Entering on the ground level through a private entrance, guests are greeted to a carpeted open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, accompanied by a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is complemented by stainless steel appliances with stove and dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and microwave. This area opens out to a covered balcony offering both outdoor furnishings and a gas BBQ, then leads on to a fenced private plunge pool with a tropical outlook. Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms with the master bedroom offering a queen-size bed, wall-mounted TV, ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet and a private balcony overlooking the plunge pool. The second bedroom is fitted with another queen size bed and the third bedroom with two king single beds. The main bathroom is fitted with both a corner spa bath, large walk-in glass shower, vanity, and toilet, with the internal laundry offering a washing machine with the dryer in the garage. Please note that there is no access to the single lock-up garage for parking but can be used for storage. There is driveway space in front of the garage for parking a small car or guests can use the visitor's parking area. There are definitely smoke alarms on the property.
