The leafy reserve has a children's play area, picnic tables, and BBQ facilities. Please note that ticks are common in the reserve so please check your dog. There is also a pleasant cycleway to Corlette for bike riders or walkers leading you to a takeaway shop and Thai restaurant just 1.4kms away. Take a short stroll around the point from Bagnalls beach (300m) where you will discover a second swimming beach, Dutchmans Bay (Dutchies), sorry no dogs allowed. The Nelson Bay CBD with its Marina, award-winning restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops are approximately 2.2km from the house. Salamander Shopping Centre just 2km away is also close to hand.

Two of these bedrooms offer king-sized beds, one has an ensuite with shower, the other bedroom has a queen-size bed. All the bedrooms are carpeted with built-in robes and ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, and vanity and the laundry has a washing machine and dryer with external access.
