The Location - Pawprints on Bagnalls Beach Road is just a short 700m walk to Port Stephens only off-the-lead council approved dog beach, Bagnalls Beach. The leafy reserve has a children's play area, picnic tables, and BBQ facilities. Please note that ticks are common in the reserve so please check your dog. There is also a pleasant cycleway to Corlette for bike riders or walkers leading you to a takeaway shop and Thai restaurant just 1.4kms away. Take a short stroll around the point from Bagnalls beach (300m) where you will discover a second swimming beach, Dutchmans Bay (Dutchies), sorry no dogs allowed. The Nelson Bay CBD with its Marina, award-winning restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops are approximately 2.2km from the house. Salamander Shopping Centre just 2km away is also close to hand.

Also at the front of the house is the first bedroom providing two king single beds, ceiling fan, and built-in robes. Continuing through the house brings you to the open plan dining and kitchen area. The dining area offers a lovely wooden dining table and chairs, other tasteful furnishings with a stereo. The spacious well equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer, microwave, oven and stovetop, dishwasher and coffee machine, and boasts a breakfast bar and two bar stools. The walkthrough kitchen offers convenience to easily access the lounge area.
Progressing through to the back of the house brings you to the three other bedrooms, main bathroom, and laundry. Two of these bedrooms offer king-sized beds, one has an ensuite with shower, the other bedroom has a queen-size bed. All the bedrooms are carpeted with built-in robes and ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, and vanity and the laundry has a washing machine and dryer with external access.
