The Location - This unit is located only 600m from the Centre of Nelson Bay and D'Albora Marina and 650min the opposite direction to the beautiful Dutchmans Beach Also known as Dutchies. This is a calm bay beach, beautiful white sands as well as shaded grassed areas with BBQ and picnic tables and a lovely children's play area. Nelson Bay and the Marina provide plenty of boutique shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants.

The Marina offers a selection of water activities including boat and jet ski hire, dolphin and whale watch cruises, diving and fishing charters, plus an array of eateries and bars. Salamander Shopping Centre is just a short 4km drive and Shoal Bay is in the opposite direction just 4.5km's away.

The House: This three bedroom cottage presents beautifully throughout. Located in a quiet street this property is unique in design as it offers amazing privacy and provides an atmosphere of both relaxation and tranquility, but also great for entertaining. Entering the property along a lengthy pebbled driveway (that can fit up to four cars, a boat and a trailer) leads you to the front verandah of the cottage.

The open plan lounge and dining area where you will start are generously proportioned and beautifully sunlit as they have plenty of windows. The lounge room hosts a flat-screen TV and DVD player that leads on to a lovely dining area with floorboards throughout. The separate kitchen which is modern and well-equipped features an oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

The verandah wraps around the whole property leading to the back of the cottage which is a hidden gem. There you will find a larger covered verandah with outdoor setting and steps leading down to a patio area with more tables and chairs. The back yard also hosts a covered BBQ area, lawn and established gardens.

The cottage features three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two king singles. All the bedrooms are carpeted. 

The clean fresh bathroom is complete with both shower, bath, and vanity, and the toilet is separate. The internal laundry offers a top loader washing machine, a dryer, and a second fridge.
