The sliding doors in the living room open up to the pool deck, offering amazing views of the conservation area filled with wildlife. Right next to the living room, there's a fully equipped kitchen with a cute breakfast nook, a pantry, and a separate dining area.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, including a fabulous master bedroom with a king bed and direct access to the pool deck. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a separate toilet, shower, bathtub, and double vanity. There's also a room with a king bed and another with a queen bed. The bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway next to the king room, with easy access to the pool deck.
Lastly, there are two twin rooms with a shared bathroom in the hallway. The bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet, and vanity. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV with Roku.
Next to the kitchen, there's a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The games room, accessed through the laundry room, has fun stuff like an arcade game, a foosball table, and an air hockey table.
The fully screened south-facing pool area has a lanai with outdoor furniture and four loungers, so you can enjoy the Florida sun. Relax in the spa (not a hot tub) or take a refreshing swim in the beautiful pool.
