The living spaces are on the ground level and offer a carpeted lounge area with a comfortable leather corner lounge, country style cabinet and hutch with an extensive bookcase for guest to sit back and read a good novel as well as a flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player for your entertainment. The dining and kitchen are also on the ground level and offer solid wood and wrought iron dining suite for 8 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove-top, oven, standard size fridge/freezer, and a microwave oven. The internal laundry is adjacent to the kitchen and has a front loading washing machine, dryer, and downstairs toilet. There is also an outdoor clothesline to hang your towels after a day at the beach. Take advantage of the fantastic paved courtyard to the rear of the property which offers modern outdoor furnishings including table and chairs plus outdoor lounge and armchairs. The 4x burner BBQ is a fantastic option for cooking those alfresco meals with dining under the shade sails.

The bedrooms are positioned on the 2nd floor with the main bedroom offering a queen-sized bed, bedside tables, mirrored built-in robe, ceiling fan, private balcony plus access to the 3-way bathroom. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen-sized bed which can be converted into 2 small single beds, bedside tables, and built-in robe. The 3rd bedroom has a tri-bunk bed (single on-top and a double on the bottom) plus a single trundle bed, bedside table, built-in robe, pedestal fan, and a TV suitable for game consoles only. The 3-way bathroom has a standard sized bath and glassed shower, separate vanity and a separate toilet.

Birubi Surf Beach and the Peter Broadfoot skate park are within walking distance with the local general store and restaurants approximately 3 minutes by car. Be sure to bring your 4WD to discover the largest moving sand mass in the southern hemisphere where you can challenge yourself against 30m high sand dunes (Permit Required).
