The Location - This great holiday home is situated in a quiet residential street in Shoal Bay. Tomaree National Park is literally the back garden to this getaway, stroll out through the rear fence yard and discover the natural bushland and its picturesque secluded walks to Wreck, Box, or Zenith Beaches (not patrolled). Wreck beach is the closest, only 650m away. The famous Tomaree Mountain is a pleasant 1.7km away through the trail paths, here you can walk to the summit and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area and beyond. Shoal Bay Village and beach is a short 700m away which offers a good choice of eateries, boutique shops, and a pristine beach of white sands and clear blue waters. The township of Nelson Bay is 3.5kms away.

The House - A double storey air-conditioned home tastefully and stylishly furnished. Large tiled living area with wall mounted flat screen TV with Foxtel and Blu-Ray DVD with Bluetooth Audio Streaming. The living area has a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning. The dining area offers a glass table with 8 chairs and the fully equipped modern kitchen offers a built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and stovetop. The house also features a second small living area and an enticing feature of this home is its tranquil outdoor spaces where an all-weather undercover courtyard is a natural extension of the lounge rooms where you can enjoy outdoor dining and relax in absolute privacy with the natural bushland as your backdrop. This entertaining courtyard has outdoor furnishings and a gas BBQ.
