Set on the headland upon the tranquil enclave of Soldiers Point, this bright and breezy apartment is perfect for your next getaway. Accommodates 4 persons, this is perfect for a family or two couples looking to stay in a quiet area, yet not far from all the action.

The apartment has a balcony with filtered ocean views surrounded by lush green bushland creating your peaceful oasis.

Fresh, coastal interiors feature combined living and dining windows to capture all day sun and coastal breezes. The living area has seating for 4 and a TV. There is also a 4 seater dining table.

The kitchen has ample space and is fully equipped for those who choose to eat in. Both bedrooms have queen beds and the property is linen supplied.

Guests have use of the communal pool in the complex and there are also two allocated car spaces in the secure under-building car park accessible with a swipe.

Location

Just a short stroll will lead you to the pristine ocean blue waters, boat ramp, Soldiers Point Marina, cafes, restaurants, and everything Soldiers Point has to offer. You are also near the new Bannisters, home to Rick Stein seafood restaurant, and also a family-friendly tavern.

A short drive will find you at Salamander Village which has a chemist, newsagency, bakery, cafes, fish & chip shop, bottle shop, and friendly grocer store. Guests will also be spoilt for choice for food as you will find a bakery, two cafes, takeaway pizza, fish & chip shops, and a Thai restaurant.

A 10-minute drive will find you at Salamander Bay Shopping Centre which features Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Kmart, and many boutique stores and dining options. Salamander Bay also has family favorite Toboggan Hill Park.

An approximate 15-minute drive will lead you to Nelson Bay CBD, home to award-winning restaurants and cafes, the marina, Woolworths, beauty salons, boutique fashion stores, Nelson Bay cinema complex, and the waterfront. Another 5 minutes up the road is iconic Shoal Bay Beach, the newly renovated Shoal Bay Country Club, locals favorite Gamefish Club, and Tomaree headland which boasts the bays best views.

Please note this property includes sheets and towels, however, you are required to bring beach towels. Please note: while linen is supplied, the beds will not be made at the property and you will be required to make your beds.
