Stroll into town for an evening meal or enjoy a refreshing drink while you contemplate your next adventure. Perhaps take the kids down for ice cream at the Marina and watch the fishing boats coming into the bay as the sun goes down.

You will also find The Nelson Bay CBD and marina a convenient place to book your dolphin-watching cruises, departing daily, whale watching adventures between mid-May and mid-November plus boat hire and children's attractions during school holiday periods.

This townhouse has two good swimming beaches close by, the lovely Dutchies Beach in one direction or the beautiful main beach of Nelson Bay both about a three-minute drive away. You will find kayak and SUP hire at both of these beaches during the warmer months.

The tree-lined and very pleasant "Bridle Path" that skirts the calm waters of Port Stephens is also very close by and great for the morning walk, jog, or bike ride. Further afield are the main shopping center of Salamander Bay or the many fabulous beaches of One Mile, Fingal, and Birubi, all patrolled during the summer months.
