The Location - This unit is situated at the front of the complex of Victory Court. The building is set among gardens and parklands at the end of a cul de sac and just 200 meters along a garden path to Little Beach for calm water swimming, shaded picnic areas, BBQs, children's playground, and boat ramp. Also, just a 200m walk the other way you will arrive at the Western end of Shoal Bay Beach, a pristine beach of white sands and clear blue waters, here you can hire kayaks and paddle boards in the summer months.

Nelson Bay CBD is a short 2km drive with a selection of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops or amuse yourself down at the Marina with one of many dolphin watch cruises or boat hires.
