Our home offers 3 large bedrooms sleeping 6 adults/ up to 8 if including small children. he master suite has a king bed with luxury pillow-top mattress, 42” TV and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet. The guest rooms have a queen bed and 2 double beds. All have Smart TVs and ceiling fans. The guest rooms share a family bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited for the new Epic Universal Park that is opening close by next year. However, the project does involve construction in this general area. If you are planning to be at the parks or conventions this should not affect your stay but we want to be transparent. We have discounted the rate to compensate.
**We are also very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are taking place now and are estimated to be completed by the end of February 2025. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, you can also find it under the House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining.
