Stephen Jara – With over 30 years of real estate and hospitality experience, Steve has developed a unique and innovative approach to helping others develop and manage their real estate sales processes.
Steve began his career at the Little Club in Gulf Stream FL where he was General Manager. Additionally, he served as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Woodfield Country Club, a Kolter Property Company in Boca Raton, FL.
During his real estate career, Steve has served as Director of Sales and Services at the Bear’s Club in Jupiter FL, Vice President of Operations for Mountain Sotheby’s in North Carolina, President & Managing Broker with Pristine Properties International and Senior Vice President at Golden Bear Realty in Palm Beach County and was also a Broker Associate with William Raveis Real Estate.
An active member of the community, Steve has shared his leadership and execution skills to many organizations. He was an active member of Club Managers Association of America from 1987 to 2000, served as Vice-President of the Okeechobee County Board of Realtors, President of Coastal Conservation Board of South Palm Beach, a member of the Board of Director of the Snook Foundation and served on the Governing Board of Supervisors for Palm Beach County Soil & Water Conservation. Steve currently serves as President of the Rod & Gun Club of Florida, Board Member of Farm Bureau Palm Beach County and was inducted into Pope John Paul HS Hall of Fame in 2014. Steve and his wife Ann, the director of real estate operations at Quail Ridge Country Club, reside in Boynton Beach, FL.
