A large master-planned golf community, located just off University Parkway in Sarasota, Florida, the Palm Aire Country Club of Sarasota is a friendly neighborhood for all ages and lifestyles. Several sub-divisions are spread across the 1,300-acre landscape of Palm Aire, offering a wide assortment of single-family golf homes, condominiums, golf villas, and more.

Palm Aire has more than 30 sections of homes that feature a total of 3,752 golf residences, differentiated in various styles and sizes. Many of the golf properties are part of distinct living areas, whether for young families, individuals, or age restricted. Many of the golf homes are on the lakeside waterfront, providing residents with serene views of the water and the two surrounding 18-hole golf courses. Some of the properties are in gated sections, but most are not.

The Palm Aire Country Club of Sarasota provides residents with low-maintenance golf homes, at very reasonable prices. Golf condos range from $100,000 to more than $300,000 for a one to three-bedroom and one to two-bathroom floor plan with attached parking spaces. While young families can enjoy spacious 954-square feet to over 3,800-square feet of living areas in their new single-family homes priced between $400,000 to more than one million. These golf residences commonly have one to five-bedroom, one to six-bathroom, and two to three-car garage floor plans.

When it comes to interiors and exteriors, Palm Aire Country Club of Sarasota golf homes have open-concept plan layouts, set in contemporary Florida designs. Most golf homes have updated and attractive interiors with hardwood floors, stainless appliances, and custom cabinetry that can be found within expansive master suites, beautiful kitchen layouts, and extra spaces meant for either dens or screened lanais. Once a resident goes outside, the first thing to notice is the well-manicured lawns, quiet paved streets, and rich foliage of the whole neighborhood.

This attractive community, nestled on the Manatee/Sarasota County line, is not just known for its well-structured golf homes but for its resort-style amenities for all ages. The 30,000-square-foot Palm Aire Country Club of Sarasota clubhouse provides for a host of recreational land sporting activities aside from golf. Residents can access eight Har-Tru tennis courts and four pickle ball courts, relax in the junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, or run a few miles in the fitness center. Even more recreational facilities can be found at the nearby 55-acre Conservatory Park, located in the southern part of the country club, which includes walking trails, exercise stations, a pier, and much more.

The community also offers residents the opportunity to join various social clubs, weekly private gatherings, and plenty of different sports events. Although surrounded by peace and serenity, Palm Aire is close to grocery stores and other daily conveniences, all located just a few miles drive from the entrance. Plenty of area attractions are also adjacent to the neighborhood such as the Myakka River State Park, Ward and Summerfield Lakes, and plenty of white sand beaches.
