The Poinciana Golf Club Community is one of the best-kept secrets in South Florida and is located in Lake Worth, one mile east of the Florida Turnpike, and includes condominiums, townhomes, and golf villas. Golf home residents at Poinciana have access to amenities that rival those of a Florida resort and at its center is its expansive clubhouse, perfect for club gatherings and socializing.

The golf community comprises seven condo buildings with units that range from 1,222 to 1,663- square feet of living space with one to three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, and an assigned parking space. All buildings have elevators, making it easy to access the upper-floor units.

A few attached townhomes and golf villas are also available in the center of the golf neighborhood, ranging from approximately 1,500 to 2,100-square feet with two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached garages. Most of the golf homes have first-floor master suites and covered outdoor patios.

Residents at Poinciana enjoy Mel's Way Bistro, the 18-hole Poinciana Golf Club's restaurant, which offers a changing menu and live entertainment, and the golf course. The residents of the Poinciana Golf Club community also enjoy close proximity to various conveniences, including a Publix grocery store and other retail stores and restaurants, just a mile away at Nassau Square shopping center. There are further activities and attractions, as well as more restaurants, banks, and retail stores outside the community.
