Jack Nicklaus, Jr.
Jack Nicklaus, Jr. has followed his father's footsteps in more than just name. Since designing his first course in 1991, Jack Jr. has become a leading force at Nicklaus Design, serving as president of the firm and working as both a solo designer and as a collaborator with his father.
Jack, Jr. has gone on to design a raft of spectacular Jack Nicklaus II Signature courses and has assisted on dozens of design projects with Jack, Sr. who personally mentored him in the golf architecture business. Some of the accolades his courses have earned include rankings in Golf Magazine's Top 100 Courses You Can Play and Golf Digest's Best New Courses, while several courses have been selected to host PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, and European Tour events.
With the same drive as his legendary father, Jack, Jr. has developed his own style and philosophy but mirrored the Golden Bear's passion for golf course design. His layouts are now enjoyed in Argentina, Italy, England, China, Japan, the Philippines, and throughout the U.S. Jack is also a member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects.
