At Long Marsh Golf Club in Rotonda West, each hole has its own distinctive character, set amid natural bunkers, lakes, and marshes that are a haven for wildlife.
Long Marsh is the newest of Rotonda Golf and Country Club's five courses and has the largest area with 750-acres of environmentally protected wetlands and woodlands. The 27-hole Long Marsh Golf Club is comprised of three nine-hole routings; Long Meadow, White Marsh, and Pine Valley.
The Long Marsh clubhouse is located in the center nine, called "White Marsh." One thing unique about Long Marsh is that the original 18-holes, which are made up of White Marsh and Long Meadow, have no greenside bunkers and only waste bunkers along the fairways.
