Sailfish Sands Golf Course Reversible 9 Gold Course welcomes golfers to one of the very few reversible courses in the United States. The Sailfish Sands Reversible 9 Course is an innovative routing designed by renowned golf course architect John Sanford and is set up to be played in one direction and flipped on a different day to play in the opposite direction.

The Reversible 9 Gold Course starts near the driving range, proceeds counterclockwise, and ends near the Pro Shop. The par 34 Gold Course is the shorter of the two 9s at just 2,868 yards from the farthest tees. There are five sets of tees to accommodate players of all skill levels when playing the course.

The signature hole on the Sailfish Sands Golf Course Reversible 9 Gold Course is the third which plays as a risk-reward opportunity at only 305-yards. However, the player must choose which side of the split fairway, which has water in the middle, to play off the tee.

The right side provides a better angle onto the green but has a very narrow fairway with two strategically placed bunkers to capture any drives that may go too long. The left side is a more straightforward shot to a wider fairway, but it then gives a difficult blind approach shot over the green-side bunker.

Added features include new golf carts with GPS, all new greens, new pathways, new and modern bathrooms. There is also the new driving range. Gone is the 100-year-old golf course's staid, old range. Now, there is the 13-acre range with low-level lighting for evening play, LED glow balls, interactive targets, and ball-tracking technology.
