Robert McFarland

Robert McFarland was an American golf course architect and project master planner who was involved in designing championship golf courses around the world. He and his company Pacific Golf Architecture specialized in challenging designs using local terrain and natural hazards. McFarland had been particularly active in Southeast Asia, China, and the Pacific Rim for more than thirty years.  

Much of his work was also done alongside the design firm TurfPro Golf worked closely with Robert McFarland whenever they were asked to do design work for a new course or for a renovation on an existing golf course. Robert's many years of experience made him a leader in the field of golf course design
