Located in Saint Petersburg, the golf residences around the Twin Brooks Golf Course enjoy year-round sunshine as well as the 9-hole, par-three golf course, practice area, and driving range right on their doorstep. And, as the neighborhood is in Saint Pete, nicknamed the "Sunshine City" for its warm weather and humid subtropical climate, it's easy for residents to find plenty of different beach activities, including diving, snorkeling, sailing, parasailing and wave running.

The Twin Isles Country Club offers a variety of upscale golf properties such as single-family golf homes, multi-family condominiums, golf villas, coach houses, and many more. Approximately 1,000 golf residences are surrounded by canals while more than 400 golf homes are in an ideal location adjacent to the golf course.

Most of the houses have floor plans of two to three bedrooms and the same number of bathrooms. The golf properties measure from at least 2,000-square feet up to as large as over 5,000-square feet, plus there's space for two to three-car garages and private swimming pools.

Aside from all the beautiful natural surroundings close to Twin Isles, which includes a private marina for boating and fishing activities, the community also boasts a clubhouse with a massive swimming pool and spa. A delightful and well established golf community in Oviedo, Florida, the Twin Rivers Golf Club is located south of County Road 419 on both sides of Lockwood Boulevard. The large neighborhood includes almost 1,200 golf homes – meaning there’s something to suit anyone’s tastes in design and structure.

This Seminole County community has numerous sections, with the majority surrounding the Twin Rivers Golf Course, which is a wonderful, challenging semi-private layout owned by the City of Oviedo. The routing was designed by renowned architect Joe Lee, himself a native of Oviedo.

The confluence of the Little Econlockhatchee River with the Econlockhatchee River is just north of Twin Rivers Golf Club community, giving it its name and providing the source of the water flowing along and through most of the neighborhood. Lush foliage and beautiful landscaping along the sides and in the medians of Lockwood Blvd. and other roads in the community are the result of the constant efforts of the Homeowners’ Association.

The Venetian Golf and River Club has approximately 1,000 golf homes spread over more than 1,000-acres. Golf course homes are divided into five styles of residences - the Classic, the Club, the Grand Villa, the Courtyard, and the Grand Estate, all of which are offered at different price points with different options and advantages for residents.

Prospective golf homebuyers can choose from their variety of golf course homes ranging from a modest 1,000-square feet up to an expansive 5,000-square feet. Commonly, the golf properties at the Venetian have two to five-bedrooms with the same number of bathrooms, along with ample space for attached two to three-car garages.
