Whether you are looking to play or dine, the entertainment, sporting and social opportunities abound at the North Palm Beach Country Club.

The golf course has a lot of houses and trees - Village on the Greens

Set in a convenient location in Bradenton, the Village on the Greens is a beautiful and peaceful gated community that blends a variety of golf homes and units for over 55s. This age-restricted neighborhood offers a low-maintenance yet active lifestyle to its residents, with over 620 golf properties spread over 70-acres.
Inexpensive retirement living is what the Village on the Greens is all about. The sizes of the community’s golf homes are smaller than a standard gated neighborhood in Florida with approximately 696-square feet of living areas per golf residence. Despite that, The Village ensures that seniors live in cozy golf residences with one to two-bedroom, single bathroom, floor plans.
Aside from the well-manicured Greens of Manatee Golf Club’s 18-hole layout, residents have access to an outstanding set of amenities including a heated swimming pool along with a hot tub, lighted shuffleboard courts, and a large clubhouse for gatherings and activities. Vinoy Golf Club is an historical landmark hotel that offers resort accommodation for tourists and visitors to St. Petersburg. The area around the Vinoy's golf course is occupied by various neighborhoods that offer a wide assortment of golf homes and townhouses. Beach villas and golf residencies are also available that provide direct access to Tampa Bay.
As an open community with easy access to and from airports and terminals, it is easy to tour St. Petersburg with the Vinoy as an ideal starting point. When staying at the Vinoy, amenities such as the swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, the private marina, and restaurant are are all available to guests and residents of the community who take up membership at the club.
For many the 18-hole, par 71 championship golf course is the biggest highlight of the Vinoy Golf Club and it's frequently visited by golfers from around the country. Non-golfers looking to keep active have the option to play tennis and a myriad of water sports activities for their own dose of fun.

There are homes and lake on the golf course - Walden Lake Golf and Country Club

Located in a traditional small-town setting, the Walden Lake Golf and Country Club is a lakeside waterfront community nestled around a 62-acre lake. There are 30 well-established subdivisions in the community and two apartment complexes, making it one of the largest residential neighborhoods in Hillsborough County.
Approximately 16 to 250 golf homes can be found in each of the Walden Lake sub-division. Residents in this community have access to a wide array of amenities, including two golf courses, a Sports Complex, a pavilion for picnics, kid and dog parks, nature trails, and much more.
Since the community is larger than most neighborhoods in Plant City, Walden Lake has its own ‘town hall’ where the friendly, professional staff administers all community maintenance, security, and business affairs. The association also maintains common properties such as parks, playgrounds, open spaces, roadways, bike and hiking trails, and the lake property; and collects assessments and pays expenses.
